Andrew Peter Schmeer was 26 years old when he died in a car accident on SR 60 just west of County Road 512. Andrew graduated from Lincoln Park Academy High School in 2006 and is fond of playing Soccer.

Ryan Folker was 34 years old when he passed away on June 25 in South Bend Memorial Hospital. He was born on April 27, 1987.

Trooper Dabid Rich was murdered on July 5, 2007 and this stretch of highway is named in his honor.
