He was born April 27, 1987 in Goshen.
He is survived by his parents, Todd (Brette) Folker and Laurie (Everly) Shafer; step-father, Myron Smith; a son, Wesley Folker of Goshen; two sisters, Ashten (Justin) Endicott of Prestonburg, Kentucky and Allison (Joshua) Miller of Goshen; three brothers, Ethan Folker of South Bend, William and Robert Smith both of Goshen; three step-siblings, Brooke (Cody) Willard of LaGrange and Nate and Jake Angus of Goshen: nine nieces and nephews.

he was the best uncle i could ever have i miss him so much. life without him has been so hard. the worst part is i didn’t even get to say bye.he is very missed and loved. but was my hero and will be forever.
