Josh entered the United States Army in December 2015 and was honorably discharged in April 2019 and attained the rank of E3. He was a member of the Explosive Ordinance Disposal based out of Fort Riley, KS. He deployed to both Iraq and Kuwait as part of the team protecting

The accident happened around 9:30 pm when two cars collided with one another. The deceased victims have been identified as Macareo Julian-Solis, 14; Marillany Julian-Solis, 5; Alexander Julian-Solis, 7; Sandy Julian-Solis, 17; Andres Perez, 18; and Reynaldo Diaz, 31. Heidi Solis-Perez, 33, and Daisy Julian-Solis, 11, suffered serious injuries. Sandy died along with three of her siblings, she was only 17 years old
