Gary Lamar Parker was 58 years old when he lost his life in a tragic accident that happens at I-75 Turner County around 3:30 Friday morning in the southbound lane near milepost 88. Parker was killed as a result of the collision when his truck veered off the road after hitting another semi-truck. Parker was thrown out of his vehicle and died on the scene.
